On Monday 18th December 7K-SP4 became young chefs for the morning as they cooked up some Latin American cuisine in the training kitchen. On the menu was Chicken Fajitas and Guacamole.
Students had to work as a team by sharing out the jobs such as chopping, dicing and slicing the vegetables. Others were responsible for frying the ingredients and some students were in charge of the Guacamole salsa assisted by Ms Alexa.
Once all the individual elements were ready, the students formed a line to construct their fajitas inside a warm tortilla wrap, and they tasted delicious. A Spanish lesson with a difference!
