7K-SP4 became Spanish chefs for the second time this year and cooked up a storm in the kitchen making Tortilla Española. They grated the potato into thin strips and fried it off with some onion. They then added it to beaten eggs and poured it back into the frying pans to form and cook the tortilla. The students had to work diligently and as a team to ensure that all the ingredients were prepared to a high standard. Finally when the tortilla was ready they were able to sample their yummy creations and also had some left overs to take home. Thanks to Ms Alexa, Mr Trovo and Ms Lewis for their help with the cooking.
