ICT POLICY GUIDELINES FOR LANGUAGES
· I will only use my own login and password, and I will keep my password secret.
· I will only use the computers for languages academy-related study.
· I am responsible for my language files and understand that the academy will check my files and monitor sites I visit.
· I will only email people I know or my teacher has approved of.
· My emails will be polite and sensible and only relate to my academy work.
· I will not give out any personal information in my emails, like my mobile numbers or address, or arrange to meet anyone
· I do not know.
· I will only enter sites on the internet that I have teacher’s
· permission to enter.
· I will not enter chat rooms, play internet games or use
· messaging services.
· I will use the Languages educational blog with sensibly
· and my comments will be appropriate to our language
· learning.
· I will not rearrange the hardware or install any software.
· I understand that any deliberate damage to ICT equipment will result in request for financial compensation.
IF I BREAK ANY OF THESE RULES I KNOW I MAY BE STOPPED FROM USING THE ACADEMY COMPUTERS

Shangani & Mikindany Secondary Schools in Mtwara, Tanzania
Our international enhanced students are doing a project on MAKUYA FESTIVAL in the Mtwara region, southern Tanzanian. They will write letters to accompany the project to pupils from Shangani Secondary school as soon as the project is finished and will send their finished work to their counterparts in Tanzania.
