As The Petchey Academy enters its third year (KS3 and 4) from September, we wish to appoint enthusiastic and dynamic teachers  and Support Staff who will be committed to our innovative and exciting organisation.

The Petchey Academy has just undergone a very successful first Ofsted Inspection and is set to achieve even greater success in the next few years. The Academy is housed in a new purpose built building with 'state of the art' ICT facilities.

The Petchey Academy has an attractive salary scale which is at least as good as National and Local pay Scales and there will be significant opportunities for further promotion as we expand.  For outstanding candidates we are prepared to negotiate pay within reason. The starting date for these posts is September 2008 or earlier if available especially for Support Staff. NQTs can expect employment for the month of July following qualification.
