Black History Month Cooking CompetitionNews ‐ 12 Nov 2021
Students from Year 7 & 9 participated in a cooking competition for Black History Month in which they were split into two teams and tasked with preparing Jamaican and Nigerian Dishes.
Students in Year 12 were on hand to guide and assist while Mr Edwards and Ms Orere instructed and supervised.
The Dishes made were Jamaican Patties, Nigerian Meat Pies, Jamaican Dumplings and Nigerian Puff Puff
