Dear Parents and Carers

Happy New Year to you all.

In light of updated government guidance and given that cases of COVID are now at their highest levels since the start of the pandemic, all staff, and students (unless exempt) in year 7 and above must wear face coverings in communal areas, such as corridors. 

Face coverings must also be worn in classrooms by pupils or staff when they are moving around the room or when there is no direct impact on communication / learning (e.g., during silent reading, individual working).

Please ensure that your child has at least one face covering with them every day. We have a limited number of masks that can be purchased by students for 20p per mask. If your child does not have a mask, they can purchase one from our Student Services Reception.
